Act as the primary point of contact for clients including event organizers, venues, brands, and partners.
Handle client queries related to music usage, permissions, services, and agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, finance, artists, and technical) for smooth service delivery.
Conduct client meetings and field visits to understand requirements and provide on-ground support.
Manage documentation, approvals, renewals, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain long-term relationships.
Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and service performance.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
