Looking for a Dynamic Client Servicing Executive to join the ranks of a known Design Agency in Mumbai. Job Responsibilities: Understand the client\'s requirements, expectations, and goals. Conduct research to gain insights into their industry, competitors, and target audience. Act as the main point of contact between the client and the organisation. Maintain clear and open communication channels to address questions, concerns, and feedback promptly. Manage client accounts, including contracts, invoices, and project timelines. Ensure all client deliverables are met within the agreed-upon deadlines and budget. Assist in onboarding new clients, explaining the organisation\'s processes, and selling expectations. Provide an overview of the services or products offered. Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Regularly check in with clients to gauge their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Address client issues and concerns promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and resolve problems to the client\'s satisfaction . Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products to clients that align with their needs and goals. This can help increase revenue and strengthen the client relationship. Provide clients with regular reports and updates on the performance of their projects or services. Use data and analysis to demonstrate the value delivered. Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the appropriate teams within the organisation for continuous improvement. Act on client feedback to enhance service quality. Manage conflicts or disputes that may arise between the organisation and the client professionally and diplomatically. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Client servicing/Business Managerial experience of 0-2 years with a digital agency/design/advertising/market research preferably Good understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and social media dynamics Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
