Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. \xe2\x97\x8f Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. \xe2\x97\x8f Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. \xe2\x97\x8f Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. \xe2\x97\x8f Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. \xe2\x97\x8f Negotiating and closing deals with clients \xe2\x97\x8f Going onsite for execution of the clients\xe2\x80\x99 projects \xe2\x97\x8f Making proposals, presentations and quotations and going for meetings to present them to clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinating with the design team to make a proper proposal \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinating with the production team to get the project executed as promised to the client. \xe2\x97\x8f Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. \xe2\x97\x8f Developing quotes and proposals for clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. \xe2\x97\x8f Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing or related field. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in sales, marketing or related field. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication skills and IT fluency. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent organizational skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. \xe2\x97\x8f Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
