We are looking for Client service executive only for Website at our studio. who can help us grow our business and level up our company. Candidates residing in central line only apply as the job location is MULUND, 400080 Candidates Good in Beneath requirements can only apply. Website Special Skills 1. SSL Knowledge 2. Web hosting 3. Domain Knowledge Responsibility . Should be fluent in Web hosting. . Should have well versed knowledge in SSL. Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person Identifying and resolving client queries Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients Providing clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company

  • Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
  • Identifying ways to overcome clients\' initial dislike of company products.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Special Skills 1. Dedicated / Self motivated 2. People Management Skill 3. Fluency in English. 4. Good personality. 5. Knowledge of all our services. 6. Disciplined and organized. 7. Customer service skills 8. Problem solving abilities Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types:

  • Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • SSL: 1 year (Preferred)
