Job Description


A Client Service Executive at an advertising agency plays a pivotal role in maintaining and growing client relationships. They are responsible for ensuring that clients\' advertising and marketing needs are met while delivering top-notch service. This position requires a deep understanding of advertising and marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and internal agency teams. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, advertising goals, and brand identity.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and provide personalized support and assistance. Advertising Strategy:Collaborate with clients to define advertising and marketing strategies that align with their goals.
Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop advertising campaigns that meet client objectives. Communication and Coordination:Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including meetings, emails, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, media, and account management to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Needs Assessment:Conduct in-depth assessments of client requirements, target audience, and market trends.
Identify opportunities for expanding advertising services and upselling. Campaign Execution:Oversee the development and execution of advertising campaigns.
Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within the defined budget. Performance Analysis:Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and provide clients with reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Suggest optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness. Problem Resolution:Address and resolve client concerns or issues related to campaigns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to client challenges Feedback Collection:Gather feedback from clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Use client feedback to enhance advertising strategies and service quality. New Business Development:Assist in identifying new business opportunities and pitching advertising services to potential clients.
Contribute to the agency\'s efforts to acquire new clients. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
