Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Services Specialist to join our team. As a Client Services Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with tenants, subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to obtain Google reviews for our company. This is a crucial role in maintaining our online reputation and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with tenants, subcontractors, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders to request and encourage them to provide Google reviews for our company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience and promote repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any inquiries, concerns, or issues raised by clients.
- Collaborate with the management to develop strategies for increasing positive online reviews and managing online reputation.
- Document and track all interactions with clients in our system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions that align with company goals.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client services or customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computer applications and technology tools.
- Must have a complete computer or laptop setup at home, including a noise-canceling headset and a stable internet connection.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in the Vancouver, Canada timezone.
