We are currently hiring a Client Services Analyst at our Mumbai location. This individual will join a team executing numerous client service responsibilities related to administering several software solutions. This role will be eporting to the Head of Client Services, the Client Services Analyst and will work closely with the Operations team to ensure accurate ongoing portfolio administration tasks. The Client Services Analyst will have responsibility for the completion of many key portfolio and transaction tasks and for reporting of aged items and ownership of resolution. As such you are required to be detail orientated, organised and able to maintain accurate and complete records at all times. We will also expect you to establish clear operational processes and document them accordingly as well as being able to allocate operational resources appropriately.
