Account Manager - Customer Success You are: The ideal candidate gets to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, results-driven environment and an opportunity to engage with some best-in-class brands and work on some cutting-edge projects in the UX Design industry. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. An integral part of the role is to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure that orders booked by the sales team are executed successfully, resulting in revenue realisation. Reporting to: Sales Director You will work on: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients. Understand clients\' needs and objectives and work with internal teams to successfully deliver the varying requirements of UX projects. Work with project teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure project documentation is maintained, including project plans, risk and issue registers, and status reports. Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders. Execute regular governance meetings between internal teams, and relevant stakeholders on the client side; capture MoMs; report them and follow through on action items. Keep an eye on project risks and escalate issues where needed to prevent risks from going out of hand, hampering the project\'s success. Ensure project scope, objectives, and deliverables are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders. Stay vigilant for changing requirements and ensure that any additions to the original scope are captured, negotiated with a proper statement of work and pricing, and approved before implementation. Follow through and coordinate in a timely manner for all tasks related to Purchase Orders, Time Sheets, Billing, and Payments. You will love the role if you have: 6+ years of work experience in the IT/Technology Services Industry. 3+ years in the following type of roles: project management, account management, and Business Development. Having experience in managing annual contracts (made up of multiple projects). Excellent communication and project management skills. Possessing a \'business\' mindset with an ability to engage in \'sales\' conversation is preferred. Diligent, persuasive, and collaborative mindset to be able to work closely with wide-ranging skills: Technical, Operational, Financial, Business, etc. Good and strong relationships are built by regularly meeting with customers and prospects in-person; as a result, the role will include some travel.
