As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Specialist to strengthen our existing client relationships.
Position Overview:
As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and seamless service delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their staffing needs, and collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric mindset in a B2B environment, and the ability to work with diverse, multinational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to meet their staffing needs.
Maintain regular communication with clients to assess satisfaction, resolve concerns, and improve service quality.
Build deep engagement within client organizations to strengthen partnerships and increase account retention.
Deliver a high level of customer service with a strong focus on B2B client expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closures and smooth onboarding of candidates.
Prepare and share reports, MIS, and dashboards using Excel to track performance, client metrics, and service delivery.
Manage client documentation, contracts, and data accurately within CRM systems.
Participate in client review meetings and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Work effectively with clients and stakeholders from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
Ensure adherence to company processes and service standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a client-facing/account management role (IT Staffing/B2B preferred); freshers may also apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Proven ability to manage and grow existing client accounts.
Comfortable working with global clients and multicultural teams.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reports, data analysis) and MS Office.
Experience using CRM tools for client management and tracking.
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
