Job Description

We are looking for an experienced client service executive to join our team. The client service executive at impress.ai will be manning the company's support team by handling client/candidate queries related to the platform and resolving them efficiently.The role will entail supporting impress.ai's growing portfolio of clients across the globe including the US, Singapore, and India, with accelerated opportunities for growth for those performing well.
Responsibilities

  • To undertake specific tasks related to the deliverables that include:
  • Assist Operations Analysts in understanding client requirements from Customer Success/Account Management teams.
  • Configure products on the impress.ai platform based on the client's requirements.
  • Do end-to-end thorough Quality Assurance of configured workflows to ensure deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Documentation of all the tasks in detail.
  • Give proactive feedback to the impress.ai product team on how to improve the platform.
  • Provide recommendations to the reporting manager regarding the concerns in the existing processes.
  • Should assist the Operations Lead in researching and identifying potential aspects that can improve the productivity of the team.
  • Assist Operations Analyst in stakeholder management.
  • Assist Operations Analyst in documenting findings and preparing reports.
  • Provide recommendations to the reporting manager regarding areas of improvement in the existing processes.
  • Should assist the Operations Lead in researching and identifying potential aspects that can improve the productivity of the team.
  • Proactively suggest ways by which clients can get more value out of the impress.ai platform.
  • Assist in identifying partners and potential vendors to collaborate with.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft / Google tools such as Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and Powerpoint/Slides is mandatory.
  • Previous work experience of at least 1-2 years.
  • Experience in product-based companies is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Background in Computer Engineering or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory.
