Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team. Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into actionable briefs for internal departments. Coordinate end-to-end event planning -- from proposal to execution -- ensuring timelines and client expectations are met. Handle client queries, feedback, and ensure prompt resolutions to ensure high satisfaction levels. Regularly update clients with project progress, changes, and approvals. Support the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and event-related documentation. Work closely with creative, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution. Attend client meetings, site recces, and on-ground event execution when required.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A pleasing personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. Attention to detail and client-centric mindset. Basic understanding of event management processes.

Mandatory Requirements:

Fluency in English and Hindi.

Impeccable grooming and presentation.

Confidence and professionalism while interacting with corporate clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields. Prior experience in event or advertising agencies will be an added advantage.
