What this job involves:

Working with the analyst team (Mumbai),head of production (London) and client consultants (London, Dublin, Paris and Belgrade) on service delivery for GBS clients. Ensuring the seamless flow and analysis of data inputs and outputs to and from clients via direct engagement with internal client team based in UK, France, and Ireland. Interpretation and analysis of data. Developing techniques to add value to clients' data by producing client reports and assisting in the preparation of client presentations. Responsible for production of all client outputs/reports for approval/refinement by internal client team. Systems administration of our GBS Hub system and reporting. Setup of surveys using Qualtrics platform based on client requirements. Collecting raw data through surveys and transforming it into presentable format for decision making. Running R-script to generate HX survey outputs Provide support on generation of real estate benchmarks on Alteryx, running workflows and other related activities. Report production and set up of client reporting tools. Testing client tableau dashboards. Assisting client consultants on client calls. Working closely with client consultants and assisting them with their data requirements in a presentable format for internal and external meetings. Communicating timetable, liaising with global clients about data publishing and responding to client queries of diverse nature. Provide analytical and administrative support to a diverse range of bespoke projects for clients. Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of bespoke excel tools which will incorporate large amounts of data.

Qualifications and experience

  • Educated to a degree level, preferably in one of the following areas: Computing/IT, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics; master's degree in data field is an advantage
  • 2-4 years of experience in a data related field; property experience is an advantage
  • Well-developed numerical and analytical skills through working with data; very competent Excel user (advanced); advanced ability to review, report and interpret data
  • Experience and knowledge of analytical and reporting tools such as Tableau is desirable but not mandatory
  • Excellent computer skills - MS Office, and communication/collaboration applications
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics platform for survey development is desirable but not mandatory
  • Willingness to master new data analysis skills and packages

  • Analytical with close attention to detail with the ability to interpret and contextualise information.
  • Quality focus - Taking ownership of deliverables to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to client facing GBS counterparts.
  • Data security - Adherence to client data confidentiality and data handling protocols.
  • Team player - The GBS team is globally dispersed, therefore the ability to collaborate across a multi-disciplinary team will be key to ensuring successful project delivery for clients.
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and norms reflecting the global distribution of our clients and teams.
  • Ability to embrace change - GBS thrives on the notion of continual service improvement as we look to evolve ways of working and offerings to ensure that we meet the needs of our client. This includes development and adoption of new tools; regular review of our processes and methodology and delivery of new products
  • Excellent communication skills - Strong written and spoken English is essential along with a willingness to work in a global team with extensive use of virtual means of communication such as conference call and e-mail.
  • Ethical approach - Display of personal integrity at all times in your attitude towards your work, colleagues and clients.
