We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Selection and Exit Management Analyst.
In this role, you will:

  • Customer Selection Exit Management is a 4-Stage case management process managed by the Customer Selection Secretariate.
  • Ability to meet committed deadlines to remediate the assigned customer portfolio in line with the agreed book of work (BOW) in a challenging environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving and changing priorities. Procedures change frequently; selected candidates are expected to implement the changes immediately with minimal re-training.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth off boarding of customer while minimizing reputational and operational risk.
  • Follow appropriate escalation matrix and proactively highlight questionable profiles based on logical reasoning against text-book approach towards procedures.
  • Ability to identify gaps in the process and recommend changes to streamline the process
  • Is self-motivated to achieve quality and production targets in line with the department/individual goals
To be successful you will:
  • A Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Good Communication skills - Written and Verbal
  • Eye for detail - The incumbent is expected to complete the End to End customer due diligence review for a customer profile (including customer outreach) by partnering with different teams like the Quality team, Process advisory team, Financial Crime Compliance, Relationship Mangers as appropriate to identify any financial crime risk exposure.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel - Ability to create reports and interpret data
  • Strong keyboard skills
  • Computer literacy (word processing, PowerPoint, spreadsheets and database applications).
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
