Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in client relationship management or customer service
• Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and achieving customer satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns
