Build a network of sourcing contacts such as town planning/panchayat officials, small builders, contractors, engineers, hardware store owners, masons, real estate developers, brokers, and sub-registrar office staff to get referral leads.
Promote the company and its schemes across commercial, industrial, educational, and service establishments in the assigned area.
Conduct promotional events at these establishments.
Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing materials at selected locations.
Connect with trader and professional associations to promote the brand, collect member details, and run campaigns.
Identify ongoing or upcoming construction projects through open market sourcing.
Handle sales, operations, and administrative activities to meet targets.
Analyze business trends and target numbers to plan new strategies.
Do the initial screening of customer applications using the Tab App and share basic approval as per the criteria.
Coordinate with the Cluster Manager for proposal appraisal, complete pre-sanction documents, communicate formal approval, and collect the processing fee.
