Job Title - Client Relations Officer
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Relations Officer to join our
consultancy team. The ideal candidate will build and nurture long-term relationships with
clients, understand and anticipate their needs, and act as a trusted advisor guiding them
toward the right services and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. The Client Relations
Officer will be instrumental in converting leads into clients, coordinating internally with our
teams to deliver outstanding service, and maintaining accurate records of all client
interactions.
Key Responsibilities
1-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
2-Understand Client needs and provide suitable solutions and services.
3-Provide clients with information regarding our consultancy services, ensuring they
understand the value we offer.
4-Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
5-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
6-Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales data.
7- Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
8- Ensure timely communication and regular follow-ups with clients to build trust and
loyalty.
9-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
10-Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to improve service quality.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
