Key Responsibility :
Build and maintain a strong network with officials, builders, engineers, contractors, dealers, and real estate professionals to generate business leads.
Promote the company's products and schemes across various commercial, industrial, educational, and service sectors.
Organize marketing events and distribute promotional materials to increase brand awareness.
Partner with trade bodies and professional associations to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
Identify upcoming construction projects through market research and local networking.
Manage sales, operations, and administrative tasks to meet business objectives and targets.
Review market performance and trends to develop and implement new business strategies.
Evaluate customer applications through the Tab Application and provide preliminary approvals.
Collaborate with the Cluster Manager for proposal assessment and completion of required documentation.
Handle formal approval communication and collection of processing fees from customers.
