- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide Professional Customer Support.
- A Professional Approach in answering calls and provide information about products, services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
- Maintaining records of Transactions and Interactions.
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective department for accurate redressal.
- Maintaining positive relationships to ensure future sales.
- CMS Software Support.
- Queries Handling.
- Health insurance
- Morning shift
