Client Relationship Executive
Job Description
1. Will be responsible for new business, upgrades, renewals, and referrals from the assigned clients. 2. Deal with client queries promptly and professionally. 3. Keeping up regular contact with clients and looking for opportunities to deliver added value to client relationships. 4. Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence. 5. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients. 6. Regularly interact with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings. 7. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients. 8. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Morning shift
- Kharghar, Navi Mumbai - 410210, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
