Job Description

Field Executive manages on-ground operations, involving tasks like client visits, data collection, sales, customer support, and logistics, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure field activities align with company goals, meet targets, and maintain client relationships, often involving frequent travel and digital tool proficiency. Key Responsibilities

Client & Sales:

Build client relationships, conduct sales pitches/demos, promote products, meet sales targets, and generate leads.

Operations & Data:

Perform site visits, collect data (surveys, market research), manage logistics, and maintain accurate records.

Coordination:

Liaise with back-office, HR, and management; provide feedback and reports.

Support:

Assist customers, train partners, and resolve field-level issues.
Essential Skills & Requirements

Communication:

Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Technical:

Proficiency with MS Office, CRM software (like Salesforce), and digital tools.

Personal:

Self-motivated, organized, problem-solver, attention to detail, and able to work independently.

Logistical:

Valid driver's license, reliable transport, and willingness to travel frequently.
