Job Description

Responsibilities: Make and receive calls to/from donors and supporters Provide accurate information and resolve queries Maintain call logs and donor interaction records Support ongoing NGO campaigns and initiatives Meet daily/weekly performance and engagement targets

Required Skills:



Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & English) Telecalling or customer service experience (preferred) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry) Positive attitude and persuasive skills Ability to handle targets and multitask
