MapMyHouse is seeking a results-driven client relations cum calling executive with exceptional sales and CR skills. The ideal candidate must have experience in the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills, and someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with partners and Clients
• Create plans to address clients\xe2\x80\x99 business needs
• Advise clients on creating profitable processes
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Do up-sell or cross-sell services and products
• Ensure both the company and clients are on contract terms
• Study the competition to find new ways to retain customers
• Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., PR, Marketing, operations) to address customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs

Required skills and qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
• Bachelor\'s degree in technology, business administration, or a relevant field
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Superb leadership ability
• Ability to travel at least 30% of the time
