Space 5 (& its associated companies) are looking for competent and experienced Sales and Marketing Executives for the Amritsar location. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, and also for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors' products and services, Space 5 is amongst India's top 25 Architects. We are the highest-rated architecture firm in the Punjab state as well.Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Preparing marketing and sales strategies
• Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns
• Answering client's questions in a professional manner
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Qualification & Employment requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Positive attitude, energetic and quick
