: We are hiring Telecollection Executives for HDB Financial Services to follow up with customers whose loan EMIs are overdue. This role involves no sales, only repayment follow-up over phone. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to customers with pending EMIs Remind them to repay and assist with payment instructions Update call status and recovery progress in CRM Maintain professionalism and target discipline Achieve daily/monthly recovery targets Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduation is mandatory Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling/collection (Freshers with strong communication can apply) Language: Hindi required; basic English preferred Soft Skills: Disciplined, target-driven, confident speaker Note: Use of mobile phone during work hours is not permitted Salary & Benefits: CTC: 11,000-17,000/month Monthly incentives based on recovery performance PF, ESIC, and standard compliance benefits

Work Days: Monday to Sunday | Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Leave: Weekly off on a rotational basis
