JD Research Lead - Global (US, EMEA, APAC) for Skinovation Sciences:
Title: Client Engagement and Research Lead
Location: Gurgaon/Remote

Role Overview:
We're seeking a client engagement and research lead who brings regional expertise in any or all of the regions (US, Europe, or Asia) to shape and deliver powerful research projects
Key Responsibilities:

• Build the primary and secondary research projects for skincare startups and corporate clients.
• Develop Secondary Insights report based on client needs - consumer insight, market trends or competitor /pricing intelligence or geographic readiness.
• Support in Primary research - enabling customer survey, interviews or focus groups for insights. Provide regional context and emerging market trends.
• Collaborate with teams or other researchers / freelancers globally.
• Support in sales and client advisory calls.

• 5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insight, or scientific R&D (preferably skincare, wellness or biotech).
• Fluent in data interpretation, storytelling, and delivering actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and across global time zones.
• Exposure to either India, US, EMEA, or APAC skincare markets would be added benefits.
