Job Overview : The Client Coordinator\'s responsibilities include detailed planning marketing promotion activities/Events. It involves incorporating new and innovative ideas along with creative solutions and collaborating with the relevant departments, Clients and Vendors as well as partners for better result. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Main person responsible and accountable for the execution of the entire activity.
• To co-ordinate with sales team/client and facilitate activation
• To setup & co-ordinate with vendors and plan the activation accordingly
• To be responsible for vendor management
• Design reporting formats and structures, analyse it and ensure sharing the reports with the clients
• Communicate fluently and effectively with clients/vendors across the country
• Ability to work in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic environment.

Specifications:

• Education Level : Graduation / MBA in Marketing
• Experience : Min 1 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years
• Area of Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Preferred from Consumer Goods Industry; Advertising & Promotions; Radio Activation/Media/ Events.
• Communication: Excellent in English and Proficient in Hindi and Bengali.
• Location - Kolkata

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 918,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
