Who we are looking for:

As part of the newly constructed IS Client Administration and Controls infrastructure, the ISCA Project Analyst will be responsible for uploading globally-sourced client contracts to ECMS to support effective contract execution in alignment with the Customer Contract Compliance Policy. They will partner closely with the Relationship Manager and the Business Risk Group to resolve outstanding issues and ensure timely and accurate upload of documentation to the Contract Repository - ECMS.

What you will be responsible for

  • Fee Schedule/Contract Drafting
  • Efficiently draft/load fee schedule/contracts to Enterprise Contract Management Solution (ECMS) while ensuring accuracy around the data elements required in ECMS.
  • Draft/load new and amended fee schedule/contracts into ECMS within 30 days of execution.
  • Properly terminate or deactivate customer contracts in ECMS to maintain an accurate inventory of contracts for the bank.
  • Identify control gaps within the contract loading process.

  • Ability to interact with on-shore and off-shore teams to resolve inquiries and understanding when to escalate.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 10-12 years of desired experience in similar organization. Preferred exposure to custody business.
  • Team management of atleast 8-10 headcounts.
  • Fee Schedule/Contract Drafting experience.
  • Understanding of fee schedule/contract clauses and interpretation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and possess problem solving and resolution skills.
  • Shift Timing: 17:00 - 2:00 IST
  • Work Location: Bangalore
