Claims Call Support- Senior Executive

Looking for the people who are okay with EST hours shift (Window 5.00pm IST to 5.00am IST) and have prior experience of making calls to US based customers.

The candidate should have 1-2 year experience in inbound or outbound calling process. The applicant will be responsible for handling an array of front facing duties.

Some of these tasks including interaction with customers over the phone, via email or chat.

The applicant should be result oriented and meet clients expectation and should have excellent interpersonal skills with a problem-solving ability and must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in best light possible.

The applicant should be able to determine eligibility by comparing client client's information against the requirements (particularly for claims).

The applicant should demonstrate the quality of attention to details, effective and clear communication, adaptability, empathy, patience and positive attitude.

The applicant should be able to keep records of all conversation and maintain database.

Mandatory Skills- Excellent Communication, Us healthcare, US calling (Inbound & out bound), RCM.
