You will communicate with repair shops to obtain updates on customer vehicle repairs and address queries from Allstate vendors. Additionally, you will utilize your investigation and research skills to process complex transactions and provide an exceptional vendor experience. Understanding basics of P&C insurance terms and principles will be key to your success in this role.

Required Skills

To thrive in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- 0-1.5 years of experience, preferably in handling queries through calls and chats

- Arts/Commerce Graduates

- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts with split weekly offs
