Civil Supervisor
Job Description
The responsibilities of the job include:1) Assist in making the daily planning by giving inputs about the status on the field.2) Communicating the tasks effectively to the workers and making sure that the workers are performing efficiently without wasting time. Recording the works which are completed at the end of the day.3) Make sure that all daily works are completed according to plan, and communicate with the superior if there are any hurdles preventing this from happening and come up with solutions.4) Make sure the quality of the work being performed is according to the organisation standards.4) Keep a track of all the required materials and equipment for the planned works and make sure that everything is available a day in advance. If something is getting over or not available make sure that the requirement is communicated in advance.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
