Opportunity We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects , Civil Maintenance works and supervise the civil contractors. The site supervisor's responsibilities include ordering building supplies / Works, Preparing RA, SOP for works, Ensure all works are executed as per specifications in Work order. First Aid Basics knowledge is recommended. He should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations. Ultimately, site supervisor should be able to interpret building plans as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. He should be work quality oriented & able to guide contractors for any deviation in project. Site Supervisor Responsibilities: He should be able to decide work scope & details for new work or Maintenance of civil activity. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate any work quality issue , potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors for work methods, work quality, timeline for different works. Educating site workers on construction work method, Risk assessment ,safety regulations like PPEs, RA, Safety work permit etc. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Maintain Work time records of all projects, arrange weekly review of all works with details for timely work completion. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. He must record all works in IFS / SAP in work order management. Site Supervisor Requirements: Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field is preferred. Proven experience working as a site supervisor. CPR and first aid certifications. Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment. The ability to interpret blueprints. Outstanding leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Other Skills: IFS : Basics of PR, Detail work of MR, WO etc AutoCAD - civil Microsoft apps : Word, excel, Power Point & internet work
