Job Description

Responsible for supervising civil construction activities at hotel project sites including structure, interior finishes, and related works. Ensures timely execution with quality, safety, and coordination among contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision

Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities at site. Ensure work progress as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Supervise finishing works such as plaster, flooring, painting, false ceiling, facade, and carpentry.

Quality Control

Implement quality standards and conduct routine inspections. Check alignment, levels, workmanship, and finishing details. Report defects, ensure rectifications, and prevent rework.

Material & Manpower Management

Coordinate with store and procurement for timely material availability. Monitor labor productivity and ensure proper utilization of workforce. Maintain records of daily labor deployment and productivity.

HSE & Compliance

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations. Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe working practices. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards on site.

Measurement & Documentation

Assist in quantity measurements of work executed. Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and record site activities. Provide data for billing, contractor certification, and planning.

Coordination

Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and interior teams. Assist in resolving site issues and technical queries. Participate in daily/weekly review meetings.
