• Resource and staff management: Manage the allocation of resources like labor, materials, and equipment. Coordinate and direct the activities of construction crews, subcontractors, and other staff.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the project management team, clients, contractors, and field workers. Keep all parties informed about progress and issues.
