Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Plan daily/weekly activities, schedule tasks, and manage resources.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor work quality and enforce safety standards at the site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Ensure timely completion of all project activities.
