Site Assessment & Preparation - Evaluate site conditions, Coordinate geotechnical and hydrological studies
Evaluate foundation options for solar panel mounting structures (e.g., driven piles, ground screws, concrete foundations)
Perform soil testing and analysis
Re-Engineering of Wind Turbine Generator(WTG) Foundation as per Site Specific condition
SOP for Pile Load Test as per IS 2911 with technical clarification to ease EPC and Service provider
optimizing and troubleshooting plant drainage schemes contributed to improved site conditions and reduced operational risks related to water management
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering (M.Tech preferred for structural / Geotech focus) Experience: 8-12 years of experience, with strong experience in civil design and engineering of renewable energy or infrastructure projects. Skills
Good understanding of solar plant layouts and technical interfaces
Strong knowledge of foundation engineering, geotechnical interpretation, and structural integrity
Prepare standard technical report, RFP, SOP, Checklist, construction manual, and other technical manuals/ specifications for Solar, Wind, PSS & TL project
Preparation of Civil and structural design, detailing and BOQ for Solar-wind hybrid projects
