Project: The project consists of academic block, innovation center, residential blocks along with axillary buildings and external development. Your responsibilities will include: Working alongside the Mace planners in developing construction strategies and sequences. Acting as the main technical adviser on construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives. Implementing the pre-construction studies through the design and construction phases of projects. Assisting in managing and delivery of the project. Checking the plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials. Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect. Liaising with the subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project. Communicating with clients and their representatives includes attending regular meetings to keep them informed of the project's progress. Overseeing the quality control and health and safety matters on site. Preparing reports as and when required. Assisting in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. About you You have a degree qualification in construction or civil engineering. You are a member of a professional body. You have experience in high-rise structures and real estate projects. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and manage dynamic, motivated teams. You will have an experience/background in the residential and/or commercial project experience from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
