Roles and Responsibilities
Study work order to understand the scope of work & plan of the project with site in charge /sales engineer and co-ordinator preferably by visiting site.
Execution of work as per instruction mentioned in Planning Sheet.
Labourers ,Machines and materials planning with Time Schedule ( No last Moment requisition Please).
Proper Accounting of materials, tools and tackles etc.
Coordination between Customer as well us our staff.
Proper and Timely Communication with Customers as well as with our Team members.
Oversee the daily activities of site offices and coordinate with the contractors for project execution as per approved DPRs. Consultant shall review and monitor daily site reports prepared on a daily basis such as to the site register, material stock book, measurement book, accounts for expenditure and progress of the works.
