Civil Engineers (Site Engineer)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Drawing Reading and taking the Quantity / BOQ Specification / Material requirement.

2. Raising the Requirements with next level and follow up.

3. Getting the Execution work activity against the Drawing & Specification as per the

Standards with Contractor.

4. Design Review & understanding for executing the work.

5. Communication and Correspondence with Other departments, Follow up.

6. Preparation of Customization Costing and analysis the work status for prepare.

7. Preparation of Schedule against the work sequence activity and Monitoring at site.

8. Highlighting the Critical action towards completion the work activity and proactivity action.

Qualification

Civil Engineers

Experience

7+ years experience in Property Developers Industries

Work Location

Office - Race Course, Coimbatore.
To work in various building sites.
