Plan, design, and supervise construction projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure works
Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and cost calculations
Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
Coordinate with architects, contractors, site supervisors, and vendors
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards
Monitor project progress, timelines, and material usage
Conduct site inspections and ensure safety rules are followed
Prepare daily/weekly site reports and documentation
Handle billing, measurement sheets, and client coordination
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project management tools
Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety norms
Ability to manage site activities and work under deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential/commercial projects
Knowledge of structural drawings and estimation
Ability to handle multiple sites
