Summary of the Position:

Digital Drawing / Mapping Services Support for Indoor Navigation Maps

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in drafting Civil Floor plan drawings with good control

Roles & Responsibilities

:

Digital Drawing / Mapping services support for indoor navigation maps (Retail Malls, Airports, Convention Centers, etc.) by converting LiDAR point clouds into usable map formats (as specified by GoodMaps). GoodMaps will provide stitched-together LiDAR point clouds representing specific areas, and the UnifyCX team will need to convert these into supported data formats. The UnifyCX team will convert the stitched-together LiDAR point clouds into AutoCAD drawings. GIS / Tagging of POIs will be the current work scope.

o Elevating more technical requests to the mapping team for further diagnosis and work. o TAT would range from 30 minutes to 8 hours - depending on case type.

The estimated work volume would approx. be 400,000 Sq. Ft. of output per full work week. GoodMaps expects this volume to grow 1.5 - 2 X times, as the year progresses. The client will send across the necessary documentation to the team and will take a small training session (expected to be of 2 - 4 Hours max.) to help the team understand the process steps and details. OJT (On The Job training time will be determined jointly, post which the team will enter live production.

Desirable Skill Sets:

Sound Knowledge in AutoCAD. Good experience in drafting Civil Floor plan drawings with good control. Understanding on working with layer system, Xrefs, dynamic blocks in AutoCAD Making simple edits (e.g., name changes, disabling or enabling existing features, adding multilingual naming, or descriptive text, etc.) * Effective Communication and listening skills.
