Job Description
Goflipa Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in delivering top-notch engineering solutions. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are designed, constructed, and managed to the highest level of quality and safety standards. You will be working with a team of professionals, including architects, project managers, and construction managers to ensure that all works are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze infrastructure projects to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards, and optimize their functionality.
- Prepare engineering reports, proposals, and plans for construction projects.
- Manage construction budgets, timelines, and schedules.
- Oversee the daily operations of construction projects, including quality control.
- Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting potential challenges and recommending solutions.
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance of all works at construction sites.
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and local authorities.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
- In-depth understanding of design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
- Familiarity with relevant technical standards and building codes.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
