Job Title : Civil Engineer Job Type : Full Time Salary : As per Industry Standards Job Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan Roles and Responsibilities : Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and developers to align construction plans with project goals. Supervise all construction phases from pre-construction to project completion. Monitor construction progress, work quality, and safety adherence. Design and oversee installation of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection. Obtain permits, ensure compliance with regulations, and liaise with authorities and inspectors. Develop and monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving measures, and maintain quality and safety standards. Identify and address construction project risks, implementing contingency plans for a safe work environment. Ensure construction materials and workmanship meet specified quality standards through inspections and testing. Integrate sustainable building practices and energy-efficient technologies into project designs. Communicate project progress, updates, and challenges to stakeholders for smooth coordination. Skill Requirements: Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master\'s degree or additional certifications in real estate development may be advantageous. Professional Licensure: Obtain relevant engineering or construction management licensure, as required by local regulations. Experience: Depending on the position, relevant work experience in real estate development and building construction may be preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction project management software, computer-aided design (CAD) tools, and familiarity with building codes and regulations. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address construction-related challenges.
