Your profile
- To prepare layouts for plant, building, offices, utilities
- To interpret structural drawings of machine foundations, building foundation
- Maintain shop & offices flooring / paints etc.
- To Prepare estimation of various projects related to infrastructure
- To prepare various options of layout based on demand from user functions
- Managing and supervision of various agencies like civil contractors, painting contractor, carpenter, plumber, ETP/STP plant operators, landscaping contractor.
- Managing external agencies related to aluminum/UPVC/glass/partitions/false ceiling/curtains/furniture etc. Also managing regular servicing of chairs & workstations.
- Monitoring of utilities like water / wastewater / consumables/ disposal of construction and other waste.
- Maintaining functional expenditure
- Generating requisitions for the services and AMCs
- Managing Housekeeping team
- Coordinating with SE-SRE / Finance / Local team members
- Work related to sheds / Prefab buildings installation, commissioning coordination / maintenance
- Roads and boundary wall maintenance
- Storm water lines maintenance.
