Our Client is hiring for Civil Engineer
The Job
You will be responsible for :
Working as a part of a multidisciplinary team to translate the ideas and plans for buildings into actual structures.
Overseeing workplace health and safety and ensuring it is in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Planning, organising, executing and monitoring real estate development projects.
Managing and maintaining excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders and ensuring all developments are compliant with regulations.
Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
Building and maintaining a network of clients.
Ideal Candidate :
You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
