We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Draughtsman - Civil Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models for Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Drawing & Design

Preparation

Create STP plan layouts, pipeline layouts, P&ID drawings, L-sections, and process flow diagrams.

Prepare shop drawings for client approval, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Develop 3D models of STPs for reference and presentation purposes.

Data Collection & Inputs for Drawing Preparation

Collect and study architectural and structural drawings of the project site.

Understand STP design data: hydraulic flow, capacity (KLD, MLD ), inlet/outlet levels, process scheme.

Coordinate with process/design engineers for equipment details, dimensions, and locations.

Identify pipeline routes, invert levels, chamber details, and equipment foundations.

Incorporate electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation requirements in coordination with respective teams.

Verify site constraints, space availability, and utility connections before finalizing layouts.

Coordination & Documentation

Collaborate with the proposal and design teams to develop plan layouts and standard drawings.

Ensure timely submission of drawings for internal review and client approval.

Maintain proper documentation of revisions and drawing updates.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.

Review and incorporate feedback from clients, consultants, and project managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant CAD software.

Knowledge of STP process flow, piping layouts, and structural details.

Good understanding of industry standards and drawing practices.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work within deadlines.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
