Position - City Manager, Field Collection
Number of positions - 3
Department - Field Collection
Relevant Work Experience - 3 TO 5 Year loan recovery collection experience
Educational Qualification - Must Be a Graduate
Work Location - Haryana - Mewat & Karnal
Offering salary - up to 4.20 Lacs/PA, depending on the candidature.Responsibilities:
- He should have team handling experience.
- Handling Team Size of 60 FOS and 6TL and achieving collection target
- Meeting the Target on Cost of Collections.
- Ensuring legal guidelines are compiled for the entire collection structure in letter and spirits.
- Ensure that the collection agencies and/or Field executives adhere to the legal guidelines
- Continuously monitor collection agencies and collection executives to identify fraudulent
- Keeping the write-off percent within risk pricing. - Handle customer issues escalations.

- Ensuring adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise / bucket-wise / segment-wise.
