Job Title: City Manager Brand: Burgundy Brand Collective is one of India\'s fastest-growing specialty retail companies with 20+ stores across India. The company partners with the best-in-class international luxury brands (Royce\' Chocolate, Onitsuka Tiger, Provenance Gifts) to offer Indians a window to the finest food and lifestyle themes from across the world. The plan is to aggressively (yet astutely) scale out a portfolio of international brands in Pan India and the role of the Front Office Executive/Receptionist is crucial to this. :

• Creates plans to support execution of company initiatives to achieve both operational excellence and business results.
• Follows up consistently to ensure accountability to plans.
• Identifies, communicates and delegates key responsibilities and practices to the store team to ensure smooth flow of operations within the city.
• Reviews store operations and key business indicators within the city to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement. Ensures team development and talent acquisition in order to achieve and maintain operational requirements. Solicits customer feedback to understand customer needs, addresses all customer complaints, grievances on time.
• Utilizes management information tools and analyzes reports to identify and address trends and issues in city stores.
• Challenges and inspires team members to achieve business results. Develops and maintains positive relationships with partners by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
• Ensures partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.
• Manages our product and stock from local warehouse.
• Maintaining and managing retail resources including - furniture, fittings, hardware, POS and relevant vendor relationship.
• Maintains relationship with Corporate Clients and manages and oversees order fulfilment and complaints

Skills and Experience Desired

• 8-12 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in luxury retail, food retail or hospitality out of which at least 5 years in a team manager role and 2 years in regional manager role.
• Excellent customer handling and communication
• Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement
• An uncompromising focus on execution with a no-nonsense attitude towards goals and deliverables

Education

• Graduation in any stream
• MBA/Diploma in Retail Management not mandatory but advantageous
