About the team

This position is responsible for the day-to-day, business-as-usual, support of the Citrix, Windows, Virtual and Cloud server environments. This includes the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Citrix Windows, Virtual and Cloud environments.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of relevant experience as Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops administrator (7.x preferred)

• 2+ years of experience as Horizon View administrator (7.x and/or 8.x preferred)

• Knowledge on NetScaler features, platform, and licenses

• Handling SSL certificate and SSL offload

• Installation, configuration, and administration of the major Citrix components and strong technical knowledge in the below key technologies:

o Windows Servers (2012R2, 2016,2019)

o Active Directory Domain Services

o Microsoft Group Policy management

o VMware vSphere

o Citrix Technologies (Citrix Cloud, Citrix MCS & PVS Provisioning, Citrix Studio Policies, Netscaler Access Gateway, Citrix Storefront, Citrix Licensing, Citrix Director, Citrix Profile Manager)

What you will be doing

• 6+ years of total experience with Citrix Technologies (L3) within modern IT production data center and infrastructure environments.
• Advanced working with Citrix Technologies, o Horizon View Technologies, Windows and Virtualization (L3 support).
• Troubleshooting experience on Citrix and Cloud platform

• Installation, configuration, and administration of the Horizon View components
