Job Description
- Engineer having relevant experience in VOIP platform
- Extensive knowledge of Cisco voice products and VOIP networking
- Extensive knowledge experience with Cisco TDM IP voice systems and components
- Hands on troubleshooting experience on Avaya Cisco voice products
- Strong technical knowledge on CUCM features Call flows Call handler gateway analogue and voice troubleshooting
- Hands on experience in Upgrade Migration of Unified products
- Providing on call support to team for escalated issues
- Hands on configuration and troubleshooting experience on CISCO CUCM UNITY Right Fax Ascom gateway wireless devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve general VOICE related issues with Root cause analysis
- Should be flexible working on 24*7 shifts
Primary Skills
- Experienced CCNA CCNP VOICE certified
- Should have experience in VOIP platform
- Should have worked on Cisco voice products
Secondary Skills
- Should be good in troubleshooting and resolving general VOICE related issues
- Knowledge and experience operating converged voice video data networks
