Engineer having relevant experience in VOIP platform Extensive knowledge of Cisco voice products and VOIP networking Extensive knowledge experience with Cisco TDM IP voice systems and components Hands on troubleshooting experience on Avaya Cisco voice products Strong technical knowledge on CUCM features Call flows Call handler gateway analogue and voice troubleshooting Hands on experience in Upgrade Migration of Unified products Providing on call support to team for escalated issues Hands on configuration and troubleshooting experience on CISCO CUCM UNITY Right Fax Ascom gateway wireless devices Troubleshoot and resolve general VOICE related issues with Root cause analysis Should be flexible working on 24.7 shifts Primary Skills Experienced CCNA CCNP VOICE certified Should have experience in VOIP platform Should have worked onCisco voice products Secondary Skills Should be good in troubleshooting and resolving general VOICE related issues Knowledge and experience operating converged voice video data networks
